RFQ 2026-018 Design for Central WWTF Upgrade and Improvements and Demolition of North WWTF

The City of Sedalia, Missouri is requesting qualifications for engineering services to address the following improvements at the Central and North WWTF”s:
- New North Screening & Pump Station, Valve Vault and Electrical Building.
- A proposed new 16-inch force main will be routed from the proposed North Screening & Pump Station facility to the existing Central WWTF.
- Improvements at the Central WWTF:
a. Aeration Basin
b. Blower Building
c. Clarifier Splitter Structure
d. Secondary Clarifier
e. Effluent Parshall Flume & Reaeration Structure
f. RAS/WAS Pump Station
g. Central Electrical Building
h. Sludge Pump Station & Alum Feed Building
i. Sludge Dewatering Building
Response Process
Responses shall be submitted with the words "Response to RFQ 2026-018 Design for Central WWTF Upgrade and Improvements and Demolition of North WWTF" on the title line of the form, in the subject line of the email or clearly indicated outside of the mailing.

Any and all questions about this RFQ shall be submitted in writing on or before 4:00 p.m., December 1, 2025. Questions via phone or any other manner shall not be answered. The City shall respond to all appropriately submitted questions by December 5, 2025.
