The City of Sedalia, Missouri is requesting qualifications for engineering services to address the following improvements at the Central and North WWTF”s:

  1. New North Screening & Pump Station, Valve Vault and Electrical Building.
  2. A proposed new 16-inch force main will be routed from the proposed North Screening & Pump Station facility to the existing Central WWTF.
  3. Improvements at the Central WWTF:
    a. Aeration Basin
    b. Blower Building
    c. Clarifier Splitter Structure
    d. Secondary Clarifier
    e. Effluent Parshall Flume & Reaeration Structure
    f. RAS/WAS Pump Station
    g. Central Electrical Building
    h. Sludge Pump Station & Alum Feed Building
    i. Sludge Dewatering Building

Any and all questions about this RFQ shall be submitted in writing on or before 4:00 p.m., December 1, 2025. Questions via phone or any other manner shall not be answered. The City shall respond to all appropriately submitted questions by December 5, 2025.
