Owner’s Representative Services

The City of Sedalia, Missouri is requesting qualifications for owner’s representative services for the following Design-Build Project: Upgrades to Central Wastewater Treatment Plant and Associated Infrastructure. The owner’s representative services required may include assistance in preparing any necessary documents and specifications, evaluations of design-build proposals, and represent the City of Sedalia during design and construction. Owner’s representative must be an engineer duly licensed in the state of Missouri. Funding for the project is through the Missouri Department of Natural Resources’ Financial Assistance Center.
