The City of Sedalia is soliciting sealed bids from qualified contractors for the painting, decal or wrap application of the City’s logo on the 1.5 million gallons Hydropillar located at 1401 Water Tower Road.

The City is seeking a qualified artist or paint contractor experienced in large seal and logo application or similar projects and licensed to provide such services in the State of Missouri, who or which has relevant experience in Mid-Missouri.

All sealed responses to this IFB are due on January 23, 2024 by 2:00 p.m. CST at which time the proposals will be opened by the City Clerk’s Office in the Council Chambers in City Hall.
Sealed responses to the IFB must be addressed to the City Clerk’s Office and mailed, couriered, or hand delivered to:

The outside of the sealed response envelope must clearly state IFB 2024-013 City Logo Application-Water Tower. Any proposal received after the above stated date and time; will not be opened and will be discarded or upon request and at the expense of the bidder will be returned. The City of Sedalia retains the right to reject any and all bids submitted, and to waive any minor irregularity contained in any proposal.
