Stormwater Drainage Improvement Project S. Carr Ave. to S. Park Ave. from W. 11th St. to W. 18th St. Beginning Wednesday, May 6, 2026

Beginning on Wednesday, May 6, 2026, the contractor S & A Equipment & Builders, LLC will begin a stormwater project funded by the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) in the area of S. Carr Avenue to S. Park Avenue from W. 11th Street to W. 18th Street. The project is expected to be completed by approximately Mid-July. Heavy equipment and workers will be present in the roadway during this period. Inclement weather or equipment breakdowns could delay completion. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause as the City continues to make improvements to the stormwater drainage infrastructure.
