Street Resurfacing — E. 13th Street from S. Marvin Avenue to S. Hancock Avenue — E. 14th Street from S. Montgomery Avenue to S. Hancock Avenue — Monday, June 22, 2026 through Wednesday, June 24, 2026

Beginning on Monday, June 22, 2026, and continuing through Wednesday, June 24, 2026, the City of Sedalia’s Public Works Operations Division will be resurfacing E. 13th Street from S. Marvin Avenue to S. Hancock Avenue to finish the roadway work after a completed scheduled Utilities Division service repair. They will also be resurfacing E. 14th Street from S. Montgomery Avenue to S. Hancock Avenue due to a large base failure. During this period, road construction will result in the roadway being closed to through traffic. Residents living along this roadway will need to coordinate with City Crews on site should they need access to their driveways. The repair work will begin each day at 6:00 a.m. and continue through 6:00 p.m. Heavy equipment and workers will be present in the roadway during this period. Inclement weather or equipment breakdowns could delay completion.
