Street Resurfacing — E. 13th Street from S. Engineer Avenue to S. New York Avenue — E. 14th Street from S. Montgomery Avenue to S. Hancock Avenue — Monday, June 29, 2026 through Thursday, July 2, 2026

Beginning on Monday, June 29, 2026, and continuing through Thursday, July 2, 2026, the City of Sedalia’s Public Works Operations Division will be resurfacing E. 13th Street from S. Engineer Avenue to S. New York Avenue. They will also be resurfacing E. 14th Street from S. Montgomery Avenue to S. Hancock Avenue due to a large base failure. During this period, road construction will result in the roadway being closed to through traffic. Residents living along this roadway will need to coordinate with City Crews on site should they need access to their driveways. The repair work will begin each day at 6:00 a.m. and continue through 6:00 p.m. Heavy equipment and workers will be present in the roadway during this period. Inclement weather or equipment breakdowns could delay completion.
