Notice of Public Hearing

Whereas, the City Planning & Zoning Commission and the City of Sedalia, Missouri have received application from Theron Broadfoot on behalf of Beykirch Land Company LLC, owner of the property located at:

“Eagle View Ridge”
LOCATED IN PART OF THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 32, TOWNSHIP 46 NORTH, RANGE 21 WEST OF THE 5TH P.M.

Requesting a Final Plat and Lot line adjustments and that said application is acted upon as provided in Ordinance No. 6741. Therefore, in compliance with Chapter 89.320 of the revised Statues of Missouri, 1969, as amended, other applicable statutes and Planning & Zoning Ordinance No. 8325, as amended.

The City Planning & Zoning Commission will meet in the Council Chambers at the Municipal Building, 200 South Osage Avenue, Sedalia, Missouri at 5:30 p.m. on June 3rd, 2026, for the purpose of a public hearing in relation to said application at which time, site and place, parties in interest and citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard.
