Lane Closure: Paving Operations — W. 24th Street from Clinton Road to S. Kentucky Avenue — Monday, October 19, 2026 through Friday, October 23, 2026

Beginning on Monday, October 19, 2026, and continuing through Friday, October 23, 2026, the City of Sedalia’s Public Works Operations Division will begin paving operations on W. 24th Street from Clinton Road to S. Kentucky Avenue. During this period, road construction will result in the roadway being restricted to one lane of traffic. Residents living along this roadway will need to coordinate with City Crews on site concerning access to their driveways. Paving work will begin each day at 6:00 a.m. and continue through 4:00 p.m. daily. Heavy equipment and workers will be present in the roadway during this period. This work is weather dependent and inclement weather may result in the work being rescheduled to a later date.
