Burn Ban Lifted – Open Burning Including Recreational Burn Pits

Due to recent rain the City of Sedalia will be lifting the burn ban. Recreational fire pits are again authorized to be used. The Sedalia Fire Department still would like to urge the community to use caution when burning and to never leave a fire unattended. Please remember any burning of brush piles still require a burn permit.
