Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Arrive and be ready for work 15 minutes before the scheduled time
2. Conduct opening and closing procedures for admissions
3. Prepare and sell food and beverage products
4. Clean, sweep and disinfect all counters, equipment, floors, etc. at the end of each shift
5. Communicate with customers in a polite and respectful manner
6. Communicate with Special Events and Marketing Manager of any products needed, broken equipment, suggestions, etc
7. Complete and turn in an end of shift report at the end of the night with the admissions drop bag
8. Pass a Money Handling Test
9. Must wear staff uniform with khaki or black shorts with close toed shoes
10. Responsible for keeping the admissions counter area cleaned at all times

Minimum Qualifications, Training, or Experience to Start:
1. Reliable transportation
2. Must have a working phone number at which the employee can be contacted directly
3. Follow oral and written orders
4. Ability to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with employees and the general public
5. Must have knowledge of accounting procedures in handling large sums of money
6. Possess excellent customer service skills
7. Evening, weekend and holiday work
8. Agree and pass a background check
9. Valid email address

Physical Demands:
1. Some tasks may involve physically demanding work such as standing for prolonged periods, lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling heavy objects or materials (20-50lbs)
2. Certain duties of this position are classified as “safety-sensitive.” Therefore, the person in this position will be subject to mandatory testing for drugs and/or alcohol on a random, reasonable suspicion, post-accident, return-to-duty, and follow-up basis in accordance with the City’s Alcohol & Controlled Substance Use, Abuse and Testing Policy.
