  • Paid Personal & Real Estate Property tax receipt for Pettis County or Pettis County Waiver
  • Certificate of Occupancy (for new license or new location)

  • Copy of Sedalia Fire Department Annual Inspection Report within last 12 months.

  • Appropriate fee (see Code of Ordinances / Appendix A – City Fee Schedule Section 12-57)
  • Proof of Lodging Tax (if applicable)
  • Proof of City Inspection (if lodging facility)

Vehicles for Hire (Towing, Taxis, and Buses)

  • Paid real property and personal property tax receipts for Pettis County
  • Schedule of rates and fees
  • Certificate of Insurance verifying driver for hire coverage
  • Current registration on vehicle
  • Appropriate fee
