Sedalia Main Streets Events Artist Registration

Artwork must not display any graphic nudity or violence as this is a family-friendly event.

You are responsible for all materials necessary to set up your professional display.

You are responsible for providing your own packaging for merchandise.

If you are selling quite a bit of your art within the City, you may be required to have a City license. HOWEVER, there are some exceptions to this requirement. Please contact Joleigh at (660) 851-7609 so we can work with you on these requirements.

You are responsible for keeping your display area in good shape and for after-event clean-up.

If displaying within or outside a downtown business, the business owner is to communicate with you about any space/logistics needs at least three weeks prior to the event. Please note if you are set up outside, the City ordinance requires a minimum of 60" of passage on the sidewalk to ensure safe pedestrian traffic.

You must commit to showing on the date agreed upon with the organizer and/or merchant. Failure to do so may result in you not being invited back for future events.
