Tree Removal

The Sedalia Parks and Recreation Department is soliciting proposals for tree and stump removal of five (5) trees at Liberty Park located at 1600 West Third Street, four (4) trees at Hubbard Park located at 701 North Missouri Street, and two (2) trees at Katy Park located at 2100 Clinton Road, all in Sedalia, Missouri 65301.
Response Process
Responses shall be submitted with the words "Response to Tree Removal" on the title line of the form, in the subject line of the email or clearly indicated outside of the mailing.

All bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 2:00 p.m. at Heckart Community Center on Friday, August 21, 2026.

The City of Sedalia is exempt from all sales tax. Exemption certificates will be furnished upon request.
Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with Tree Removal, the bidder’s company name, and the date and time for bid opening clearly and legibly marked on the outside.
Products and prices included in the bid may not be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the date of bid opening without the express written consent of Sedalia Parks and Recreation.
All objections, appeals, or disputes must be filed with the Park Department within seven (7) days of being known or capable of being known.
