Sedalia Airport Farm Bid

Land is owned by the City of Sedalia and lies adjacent to the Sedalia Regional Airport and consist of 215 acres of tillable land.

Response Process

Responses shall be submitted with the words "Response to Sedalia Airport Farm Bid" on the title line of the form, in the subject line of the email or clearly indicated outside of the mailing.

Responses will be reviewed in Council Chambers shortly after the closing date and time.


The lease will be for five years, starting January 1, 2025. Sealed bids should be filed with the City Clerk’s Office in City Hall at 200 S. Osage Avenue, Sedalia, Missouri prior to 2:00 p.m. on May 30, 2024, at which time bids will be opened and read aloud. Please mark the outside of the sealed envelopes with Sedalia Airport Farm Bid.

The City of Sedalia reserves the right to reject or accept any and all bids.
