The City of Sedalia is soliciting sealed bids from qualified vendors for the establishment of a one-year contract with the ability to renew for up to four (4) additional one-year periods for chemicals used in public drinking water. Specifically, the following list:
- Ammonium Hydroxide;
- Hydrofluorosilicic Acid;
- Sodium Hypochlorite Solution
Response Process
Responses shall be submitted with the words "Response to IFB 2026-20 Ammonium Hydroxide, IFB 2026-021 Hydrofluorosilicic Acid, & IFB 2026-022 Sodium Hypochlorite Solution" on the title line of the form, in the subject line of the email or clearly indicated outside of the mailing.

Any proposal received after the above stated date and time will not be opened and will be discarded or upon request and at the expense of the bidder will be returned. The City of Sedalia retains the right to reject any and all bids submitted, and to waive any minor irregularity contained in any proposal.
