The City of Sedalia is soliciting sealed bids from qualified vendors for the replacement of electrical wiring and breakers for two high service pumps at the Sedalia Water Department Filtration Plant.
Response Process
Responses shall be submitted with the words "Response to IFB 2026-019 Electrical Wiring and Breakers Replacement Project" on the title line of the form, in the subject line of the email or clearly indicated outside of the mailing.

To obtain a full copy of the Invitation for Bid packet, please contact Jeremy Stone via e-mail at jstone@sedalia.com. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, at the Sedalia Water Department Filtration Plant, 28200 Waterworks Rd., Sedalia, MO.
Any proposal received after the above stated date and time will not be opened and will be discarded or upon request and at the expense of the bidder will be returned. The City of Sedalia retains the right to reject any and all bids submitted, and to waive any minor irregularity contained in any proposal.
