All sealed responses to this IFB are due on March 25, 2024 by 2:30 p.m. CST at which time the proposals will be opened by the City Clerk’s Office in the Council Chambers in City Hall.
Responses to the IFB must be addressed to the City Clerk’s Office and mailed, couriered, or hand delivered.
The outside of the sealed response envelope must clearly state IFB 2024-019 Hay Production on City Properties. Any proposal received after the above stated date and time; will not be opened and will be discarded or upon request and at the expense of the bidder will be returned. The City of Sedalia retains the right to reject any and all bids submitted, and to waive any minor irregularity contained in any proposal.
