The City of Sedalia, Missouri is seeking proposals for the purchase and re-use of property owned by the City of Sedalia located at 417 and 419 N. Quincy. The property consists of 2 adjoining vacant lots approximately 0.26 acres (11,374 square feet) and 0.17 acres (7,502 square feet) both zoned R-1 Single Family Residential.
The City desires to award and sell the property to the qualified applicant with the most favorable proposal for the property. The City reserves the right to place any necessary covenants on the property, based on the proposed usage described on the applicant’s proposal.

Response Process
Responses shall be submitted with the words "Response to 417 and 419 North Quincy Avenue" on the title line of the form, in the subject line of the email or clearly indicated outside of the mailing.
