A Pre-Bid Conference WILL NOT be held.
Drawings and Specifications for the contract may be inspected at the Public Works Department, Sedalia City Hall, 200 S. Osage Ave.
Complete digital project bidding documents are available for a non-refundable fee of $20.00 and can be obtained from the City’s Project Manager, Jeremy stone via email at jestone@sedalia.com Include a copy of your check in the email.
All questions shall be submitted in writing to Elizabeth Nations (ENations@sedalia.com) via email by 4:00 p.m. Friday, August 22, 2025. Responses shall be issued as an addendum by end of day Wednesday, August 27, 2025.
