2025-009 Grand Avenue Water Main Replacement

A Pre-Bid Conference WILL NOT be held.
The work consists of the installation of replacement of approximately 2,000 linear feet of water main installation, pavement repair, associated surface restoration, erosion control, and all incidental and/or related work as necessary to provide a complete project.
Drawings and Specifications for the contract may be inspected at the Public Works Department, Sedalia City Hall, 200 S. Osage Ave.
Complete digital project bidding documents are available for a non-refundable fee of $20.00 and can be obtained from the City’s Project Manager, Jeremy Stone via email at jstone@sedalia.com. Include a copy of your check in the email.
All questions shall be submitted in writing to Elizabeth Nations (enations@sedalia.com) via email by 4:00 p.m. Monday, December 9, 2024. Responses shall be issued as an addendum by end of day Wednesday, December 11, 2024.
Response Process
Responses shall be submitted with the words "Response to 2025-009 Grand Avenue Water Main Replacement" on the title line of the form, in the subject line of the email or clearly indicated outside of the mailing.
