Lane Closure: Paving Operations — 24th Street from S. Kentucky Avenue to S. Marvin Avenue — Monday, October 26, 2026 through Thursday, October 29, 2026

Beginning on Monday, October 26, 2026, and continuing through Thursday, October 29, 2026, the City of Sedalia’s Public Works Operations Division will begin paving operations on 24th Street from S. Kentucky Avenue to S. Marvin Avenue. During this period, road construction will result in the roadway being restricted to one lane of traffic. Residents living along this roadway will need to coordinate with City Crews on site should they need access to their driveways. Paving work will begin at 6:00 a.m. and continue through 4:00 p.m. Heavy equipment and workers will be present in the roadway during this period. Inclement weather or equipment breakdowns could delay completion.
