Paving Operations — E. 16th Street from S. Arlington Avenue to S. Marshall Avenue — Monday, October 12, 2026 through Friday, October 16, 2026

Beginning on Monday, October 12, 2026, and continuing through Friday, October 16, 2026, the City of Sedalia’s Public Works Operations Division will begin paving operations on E. 16th Street from S. Arlington Avenue to S. Marshall Avenue. During this period, road construction will result in the roadway being restricted to one lane of traffic. Residents living along this roadway will need to coordinate with City Crews on site should they need access to their driveways. Paving work will begin each day at 6:00 a.m. and continue through 4:00 p.m. Heavy equipment and workers will be present in the roadway during this period. Inclement weather or equipment breakdowns could delay completion.
