Operation Beautification: Downtown Clean-Up Event

Join Sedalia Main Streets for Operation Beautification, a community volunteer event dedicated to keeping Historic Downtown Sedalia clean, welcoming, and beautiful! Volunteers of all ages are invited to spend the morning making a positive impact by helping clean sidewalks, alleyways, and public parking lots throughout downtown.
To ensure every part of the district receives attention, volunteers will be assigned to designated clean-up zones during check-in. Trash bags will be provided, and designated collection points will be marked throughout each zone for easy pickup during the event.

Event Schedule
- 8:00 am: Volunteer Check-In
- 8:15 – 8:30 am: Welcome, safety briefing, and zone assignments
- 8:30 – 11:00 am: Downtown clean-up
- 11:00 am – 12:00 pm: Volunteer appreciation lunch served. Volunteers are welcome to grab lunch at any time during the final hour of the event.
