Same-Day Inspection Model Returns November 1, 2025

We are pleased to announce that, beginning November 1, 2025, the City of Sedalia will be reinstating its same-day inspection model to improve service and minimize project delays.

Scheduling Details:

• Inspection requests must be called in before 8:30 a.m. on the day of the inspection.
• The last inspection slot will be scheduled at 4:30 p.m. daily.
• Please continue to use the Inspection Request Line at 660-851-7618.

We understand how critical timely inspections are to maintaining construction timelines. This enhanced level of service is something few surrounding cities provide, and we are pleased to support your work with faster turnaround and greater operational predictability.
